Bus Warranty
At National Bus Sales, we believe the warranty process should be done quickly and appear as seamless as possible to our customer.
National views proper training of maintenance technicians on the specific components of buses we sell as critically necessary. As such, National takes a pro-active approach to ensuring our customers have properly trained maintenance technicians. This includes delivering detailed parts and service manuals for the maintenance of the vehicle and components on the vehicle. In addition, the salesmen will do a walk though of the bus to make sure the end user is familiar with all components, maintenance cycles and air conditioning requirements. On occasion, National also holds classes to properly train technicians and operators on Lift requirements, air conditioning, wiring schematics, ETC. Upon delivery, National Bus Sales will provide detailed parts and service manuals for all components and sub-systems of the bus, and a Customer Service Guide, along with the required warranty forms.
