National's goal is to make the purchase process as easy as possible for the end user. One way we do this is to offer a variety of programs to make sure you have the bus you want, and provide you with the flexibility that makes you comfortable with your purchase. (See the programs listed below.)
Repeat Customer Program
We realize there are many choices in the marker for your transportation needs. If you have purchased a new retail bus from us in the past and feel we have earned your business again, we would like to offer you FREE SERVICE on the bus for a period of one year. The services will include:
- Any and all Oil Changes
- Any and all Air Conditioning maintenance
- Any and all Wheel chair lift adjustments
- Check all fluids, tire pressure and tire rotation
We look forward to seeing you again...again...and again.

Trade In Program
Any bus purchase from National makes you eligable for the trade in Program. National will purchase any bus you want to trade in and apply the credit towards your new bus purchase. The trade in amount will be based on equipment, options, mileage, and condition of the bus. National is committed to being fair and equitable in this process, but sometimes the two parties can not agree on the value of the equipment and an agreement can not be made.
Consignment Bus Program
National wants to make sure YOU the customer, to have every option of selling your bus at your disposal. One program we offer to our customers is the consignment bus program. The consignment bus program is designed for National Bus Sales to do the "leg work" of selling the bus from marketing it on the internet and showing the bus to some of our walk in customers to filling out the paperwork and collecting payment. At this point, any margin on the bus will be split between the two parties in an agreed upon percentage.
