Executive Management Team (EMT)
In 1997, Chairman John Smith created the Executive Management Team (EMT) to monitor each division of the company, make decisions about the direction of the company and run day-to-day operations. The team consists of members of NBS that have the experience and leadership to drive the company to success. The team meets once a month to discuss any major agenda items or any change in strategy they believe would benefit the company. The members of the EMT constantly monitor and challenge the progress and customer experience of each division of the company.
EMT Mission Statement
The "Mission Statement" of the executive management team of National Bus Sales & Leasing, Inc. is to help perform certain broad managerial duties as well as our assigned day-to-day job activities. We will work as a team and as individuals to instill an uncompromising attitude and work place for ourselves and our co-workers. Through constant planning and accountability we will strive to enforce the "Mission Statement" of National Bus Sales & Leasing, Inc.
EMT Vision
Our team’s "Vision" to most effectively fulfill the Executive Management Team’s
"Mission Statement" will be to meet on a regular basis; help establish long and short term goals and/or guidelines; become knowledgeable in all of the divisions of the company; and enforce and update the "Policies and Procedures Manual" of the Company. We will strive to have an ongoing program of teaching co-workers through example and formal training to improve both their philosophical outlook and technical job performance. Our efforts will include an attitude and program to help instill the values of Nobility and Humility – as both individuals and team members- inside and outside the scope of the company.
