Starting in 1992 National has sold us most of our bus fleet.  I'm sure you question how sales relates to service.  After purchasing the number of vehicles we have purchased, you have to anticipate that there have been problems.  National has proven to be a reliable partner in pursing those problems.  Their maintenance staff has stood ready to offer solutions and/or suggestions in an effort to support us.  They also have the contacts in the industry to obtain support from component suppliers.

My Institution owns twenty of your buses and I called earlier in the week to find out how long the warranty was on the wheelchair lifts. I spoke with a very helpful gentleman named Ryan. Not only did Ryan answer all my questions, but scheduled to have a Product Support Specialist come to our office in Houston on Friday January 7th.

Mr. Greg Fennell showed up as scheduled and met with myself, my counterpart, Linell Williams, and our maintenance tech Omar. It is impossible for us to be more satisfied with Mr. Fennell's service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within minutes had the lift fixed.

Mr. Fennell then spent time teaching us how to troubleshoot and correct problems in the future. He also took the time to teach is other things about our buses in general and patiently answered everyone of our many questions. He took the time to make sure we knew how to contact both himself, and Mr. Richard Garcia for parts if needed.

Mr. Fennell could not have been a better representative of your company. If he is indicative of the type of employee your company has, then you doubt have found the key to success. Mr. Fennell's knowledge of the product and his professionalism is unmatched and very impressive. He told us about the seminar you have coming up this spring that hopefully we can attend.

Just a short to bring to your attention the exceptional performance of Greg Fennell and Kevin Rupe at CITIBUS in Lubbock Texas. Working long hours each day the week of October 25, 2010 they were able to install the air system filters on all 16, Spirit of Mobility buses. Additionally, they upgraded 5 buses with the "new" Braun ramp assembly. Greg and Kevin were able to accomplish this task by working together, applying their knowledge and skills at each step of the way in an efficient and professional manner. Along with their assigned task they were able to find the time to assist with diagnostic actions for an Air Lift module failure on a CITIBUS vehicle.  Their "can do" attitude was maintained through-out each and every long day.  They set an example for us all to follow.
 
Please let them know their actions are appreciated by ARBOC Mobility LLC.  If in the future there are any service actions required in their service area I do look forward to working with them.

 I am the president of the Appling Christian Academy booster club that purchased the GMC the 5500 GMC Starcraft 33  passenger bus from you recently.  I just wanted to drop you a note on your employee, Trisha Horne.  I was very impressed with her professionalism and willingness to accommodate our board by traveling down to McDonough late on a Friday afternoon to demo the bus.  She was pleasantly persistent in following up with me over the past couple of months,  but never pushy.  She also went the extra mile by delivering the bus to our school.  She always responded promptly to any questions we asked and when she didn't know something technical or mechanical about the bus she said so but quickly found someone who did.  Overall we are very happy with our bus and our dealings with Trisha.  Most of the time you'll never have anyone respond unless there is a problem, but it was nice to go through a major purchase decision process without one single complaint.  I thought you might want to know.
